Herbal teas for depression


Healing Teas for depression. These teas recipes fight depression, also, benefit the nervous system in cases of anxiety and improve mood.  
Recipes teas to combat depression,  

tropical fruit tea to relieve depression  
Ingredients:  
• 1 liter of water.  
• 2 or 3 packets of black tea.  
• 15 grams of dried fruit (mango, kiwi and coconut). 

 How to prepare:  
• Boil the water with black tea.  
• Add chopped fruit, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.  
• Strain. How to apply: • Take cold, one to two teaspoons three times a day.  
• Important Note: Check with your doctor. This tea may cause a little diarrhea and nausea, and if so, discontinue use. 
 basil tea and chamomile balm for depression  
Ingredients:  
• ½ liter of water.  
• 1 handful of basil.  
• 1 handful of lemon balm.  
• 1 handful of chamomile.  

How to prepare:  
• Boil the water and when a boil add the plants.  
• Allow additional 10 minutes over low heat with the pot covered.  
• Remove and let stand another 10 minutes.  

How to apply:  
• Take this preparation throughout the day.  

antidepressant and anti-stress tea 
 Ingredients:  
• 20 grams of hypericum.  
• 20 grams of lemon balm.  
• 20 grams of hawthorn. 
• 10 grams of valerian.  
• 10 grams of passionflower.  
• 10 grams of anise of a star.  

How to prepare:  
• Crush dried herbs and mix them in a dark bottle with a lid.  
• To make tea add two tablespoons of the mixture per pint of boiling water.  
• Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. How apply: • Drink a glass before meals, in small sips.  

oriental tea to remove the depression 
 Ingredients:  
• 2 cups of water.  
• 1 punitive Siberian ginseng. 
 • 2 teaspoons of kava-kava.  
• 1 teaspoon of pollen.  

How to prepare:  
• Boil the water and reduce heat, add the Siberian ginseng and kava-kava, simmer for 10 minutes over low heat and remove. 
 • Let stand for 10 minutes with pot covered after this time strain the tea and add just before taking the pollen if you can sweeten with honey. How to apply:  
• Take all the tea you want throughout the day. 

parsley and valerian tea for depression  
Ingredients: • 1 handful of parsley.  
• 1 handful of valerian.  
• ½ liter of water. How to prepare:  
• Boil the water and when a boil add the plants.  
• Allow additional 10 minutes over low heat with the pot covered. 
• Remove and let stand another 10 minutes.  

How to Apply :  
• Drink a cup every five hours.
